Tendonitis & Tendon Repair

Tendonitis (tendinopathy) is inflammation or micro-tearing of tendons — the fibrous tissue connecting muscle to bone. Common sites: Achilles, patellar, elbow (tennis elbow), shoulder. Causes: repetitive strain, acute injury, age-related degeneration.

FAQ

How long does it take for BPC-157 to work on tendonitis?
In animal models, significant structural improvements are observed within 2–4 weeks. Human anecdotal data from the research community suggests noticeable improvement in pain and function within 2–6 weeks of a standard protocol. Chronic or severe tendinopathy may require an 8-week cycle.
Should I inject BPC-157 near the injury site or in the belly?
Both approaches are studied. Subcutaneous injection near the injury site (peri-lesional) may provide more localised effect. Systemic injection in abdominal fat is equally valid — BPC-157 appears to act systemically regardless of injection site in rodent studies. Most researchers use abdominal injection for convenience.
Can I use this protocol while still training?
Research does not indicate a need to stop training. In fact, some animal studies show enhanced healing with continued load-bearing activity. Reduce intensity on the affected area and avoid acute overload. The protocol does not replace physical rehabilitation.

RECOMMENDED STACK

Recovery Stack

The most evidence-backed injury recovery protocol available. BPC-157 drives angiogenesis and tenocyte proliferation. TB-500 promotes actin regulation and systemic tissue repair. GHK-Cu provides connective tissue support and anti-inflammatory action. Together they address all three critical pathways for tendon and ligament healing — the 'Wolverine Stack.'
