Returns Policy

Due to the nature of research chemicals and cold-chain storage requirements, we do not accept returns of opened or used product. Sealed, unopened vials returned in original packaging within 14 days of delivery may be eligible for a store credit.

We will replace or refund any order where:

• Product is lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)
• Vials arrive visibly damaged or broken
• Wrong product is shipped
• COA purity result falls below 98% (verified independently by a third-party lab)

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number (PC-XXXXXX)
• Photo of the damaged / incorrect item
• Brief description of the issue

Approved refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency and to the same wallet used for payment, within 5 business days of approval. Refund amounts are calculated at the EUR value at time of original payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable except where we made an error.
