Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from Czech Republic within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Payment confirmation for cryptocurrency orders typically occurs within 1–3 network confirmations.

Orders are packed in discrete, unmarked outer packaging. No peptide product names, Peptican branding, or contents descriptions appear on the exterior.

We ship via tracked postal services (Czech Post international + regional partners). A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch.

All shipments include an independent lab COA printout for each compound. Digital COA access is available at peptican.com/verify.

Shipments originate within the EU (Czech Republic) and are addressed to EU member state recipients. Intra-EU shipments are not subject to customs duties.

Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. We cannot undervalue shipments or mark packages as gifts.
