All products sold by Peptican are strictly for research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, or clinical application.

By purchasing any product you confirm that you:

• Are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional
• Are at least 18 years of age
• Will use the product exclusively for legitimate scientific research
• Understand the regulatory status of research chemicals in your jurisdiction
• Accept sole responsibility for compliance with local laws

All orders are payable in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin BTC or Ethereum ETH/USDC). Order confirmation is sent once payment is detected on-chain. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we reasonably suspect is for non-research purposes.

Prices are quoted in EUR. The cryptocurrency amount due is calculated at the prevailing rate at time of checkout. Small exchange rate fluctuations (±2%) are accepted without adjustment.

Peptican provides products and research information as-is. We make no representations regarding therapeutic efficacy, safety for human use, or fitness for any particular research purpose.

Our maximum liability in any claim is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.
